Permission is granted to temporarily access the analytical materials (load-balancing models, transmission indicators, grid stability frameworks) for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.
You agree not to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, or create derivative works from the content for any commercial purpose without express written consent from Grid Signal Canada.
The materials on the Grid Signal Canada platform are provided on an 'as is' basis for informational and analytical purposes. Grid Signal Canada makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the content related to power grid protocols and coordination signals.
In no event shall Grid Signal Canada or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on this platform.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and Canada. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location for any dispute arising from your use of this site.
